

Fully integrated rental housing firm developing, managing, acquiring and investing in multifamily communities
The Leasing Consultant drives the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention goals. This includes greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, preparing lease packages, and ensuring smooth move‑ins.
Additional duties include designing off‑site marketing campaigns, managing resident referral and employer outreach programs, analyzing market trends, enforcing lease terms through inspections and collections, and promptly addressing resident or owner concerns.
The role also requires maintaining the property’s appearance, safety, and reporting any maintenance or injury incidents, as well as supporting the lease renewal program to secure timely renewals.
Work hours are typically 40 hours per week with schedules that may include weekends: Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm, Saturday 10 am‑5 pm, and Sunday 1 pm‑5 pm. The position is based in an office but also involves frequent exposure to outdoor elements.
Essential requirements include availability to work weekends, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service. Candidates must have strong communication and presentation skills, be proficient with property‑management software and standard computer programs, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 20 lb independently (50 lb with assistance).
