Managing and evaluating third-party engineering partners to maintain quality, cost control, and schedule certainty.
Working hand-in-hand with internal development teams, customers, contractors, and operations groups to keep projects aligned and moving.
Coaching junior engineers and fostering a culture that values technical depth, collaboration, and innovation.
Bringing together mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and mission-critical systems into a cohesive, high-reliability design.
Guiding the adoption of advanced cooling and high-density power solutions as compute requirements evolve.

Strong working knowledge of power distribution systems, cooling strategies, and reliability-focused design.
High visibility into company-wide design and engineering strategy
Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams on complex, high-stakes projects.
Excellent communicator who can bridge technical detail with broader business goals.
Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s a plus).
Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at navigating fast-paced, evolving project environments.
7–10 years working in data centers or mission-critical environments.
