Contract Maintenance: Ensuring master agreements and service models (CM, design-build, IPD, etc.) are current and aligned with specific program/project requirements.
Critical KPI Management: Reporting on schedule and budget adherence across all projects and tracking key metrics as defined in conjunction with our clients including safety, quality, supplier diversity, sustainability, and value engineering initiatives.
Playbook Development: Establishing and updating process standards, onboarding protocols, and best practices to drive consistency across all projects across all STOBG Business Units and Service Partners.
After-Action Reviews (AARs): Conducting milestone and close-out reviews on major projects to capture lessons learned and continuously improve delivery practices.
Business Development: Proactively identify growth opportunities within accounts, develop strategic pursuits, and work with marketing to craft proposals and pitches that reflect client values and objectives.
Escalation Point: Serve as the senior escalation contact for both client leadership and internal teams when critical issues arise. If an issue cannot be resolved at this level, formally escalate it to our senior leadership, providing relevant background, proposed solutions, and required support to ensure swift resolution. Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout the process to update on status and next steps.
