You’ve got some experience in housing, or, you’re keen to learn about building safety, fire safety, and tenancy issues.
Experience dealing with tenancy matters, like noise or neighbour concerns, and you’re either familiar with housing policies and regulations or open to learning as you go. You enjoy solving problems and can explain things clearly, in a way that makes sense to everyone.
Confident using tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel, and you pick up new systems quickly. You also pay attention to detail, especially when it comes to keeping information accurate and up to date.
