CAD Technician / Design Technican

Description

• Coordinate drawings with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Prepare layouts, floor plans, elevations, and technical sections
• Create detailed 2D CAD drawings from design briefs and mark-ups
• Assist in preparing drawings for planning and building control submissions
• Update and revise drawings to reflect design changes
• Support project delivery from design through to construction

Requirements

• Exposure to high-quality interior fit-out and refurbishment projects
• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar CAD Technician role within construction or interior design
• Relevant qualification in CAD, Construction, Architecture or Design an advantage
• Keen eye for detail and spatial awareness
• Ability to interpret architectural and construction drawings
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp or Revit knowledge a bonus)
