The Assistant Project Manager assists the Project Manager in administering, directing, and coordinating the field supervisory personnel of the operations division, and is directly accountable to the Project Manager.
- Distribute drawing/design revisions and bulletins to the Project Manager, Superintendent, and trades.
- Help develop and implement standard operating procedures for project operations.
- Support the project closeout process.
- Represent the company in negotiations with owners.
- Record and distribute project meeting minutes.
- Report project progress to the Project Manager.
- Conduct basic estimating, take‑offs, and solicit quotes.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline, or possess equivalent experience with four years as a Project Engineer. Preferred candidates have a degree specifically in construction management or civil engineering.
The role requires at least two years of experience as a Project Engineer with construction management exposure; preferred applicants have four or more years in construction management. Strong understanding of industry practices, along with interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities, is essential.
