Strong proficiency in reading blueprints and weld symbols
Experience in a fabrication shop environment.
Forklift and Overhead crane operation experience
3+ years of experience in custom steel fabrication
AWS, CWB certification or equivalent is an asset
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
