Desired qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Personnel Management, 1‑2 years of HR or client‑service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Workday or a similar HR ERP, knowledge of case‑management tools and MS Office. The candidate must be comfortable working global shift timings, be highly organized, detail‑oriented, employee and customer centric, a strong team player, and able to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
