The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) defines, governs and enables best‑practice sales and leasing standards across Qiddiya. It supports operations by developing policies, procedures, standardized documents, templates, tools and performance frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across asset classes. The PU also oversees capability development through a training academy, governs the customer journey in alignment with CRM and digital tools, and provides market intelligence and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement.
The Manager – Data & Analytics governs and enables sales and leasing performance insights. Working within Business Excellence, the role delivers data‑driven intelligence for performance monitoring, quality assurance, continuous improvement and strategic decision‑making across residential, retail, office and land assets. The manager ensures that data, dashboards and insights are accurate, consistent, decision‑oriented and aligned with approved frameworks and governance models.
- Define and govern the Sales & Leasing Business Intelligence strategy aligned with Business Excellence and Performance Excellence frameworks.
- Establish data governance standards to ensure consistency, accuracy, integrity and traceability of performance data.
- Serve as the central authority for performance metrics, definitions and reporting logic.
- Design, develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and performance reports across asset classes.
- Align reporting with approved KPIs, performance frameworks and leadership reporting requirements.
- Deliver timely, actionable performance insights to Sales & Leasing and Business Excellence leadership.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Provide analytical inputs for QA/QC, mystery shopper analysis, root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for decision‑making.
- Collaborate with CRM, digital sales tools, operations and IT teams to ensure reliable data integration and availability.
- Support evolution of analytics capabilities, including automation and advanced analytics where applicable.
- Ensure system‑generated data aligns with approved performance reporting standards.
- Partner with Performance Excellence, VoC, Training & Capability, CX and Sales & Leasing Operations to contextualize and act on insights.
- Support leadership presentations, performance reviews and governance forums with data‑driven insights.
- Continuously enhance BI processes, tools and reporting efficiency.
- Promote data literacy and insight‑driven decision‑making within the Performance Unit.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business intelligence, information systems, statistics or a related field, and at least six years of experience in BI or performance reporting, including two years in a managerial capacity. Proficiency with Power BI or equivalent, strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. A master’s degree, experience in sales or leasing environments, exposure to QA or continuous improvement, and Arabic language capability are desirable.
