Mange day-to-day activities, planning, safety, and execution of drilling projects in the field of Geotechnical and Environmental drilling.
Implement and enforce Tasman’s company policies, site specific safety programs, and always promote a safety culture on the jobsites.
Manage scheduling of field staff
Order all drilling materials.
Support to job site- including running supplies/repair parts to the field.
Requirements

bachelor's
5+ years
Strong time management skills.
Strong technical writing skills.
Must be able to function both in a team and without direct supervision.
Ability to pivot tasks quickly.
CDL A
Experience in oil and gas is desired, but not required.
Bachelor's Degree in related field.
Hazwoper 40- hour certificate.
Experience working with State Regulations and related entities.
Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate by verbal, written, or electronic means.
Must possess strong communication ability with peers, management, and clients.
Experience with soil boring classification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Environmental remediation.
Communication - written and verbal.
2+ years of drilling management
Knowledge of safe ground disturbance practices.
OSHA 10- Hour Certificate.
5+ years in environmental or geotechnical drilling.
