The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and implementing compliance strategies, monitoring legislative changes, and ensuring that all residential operations meet statutory requirements and internal standards. They will also champion customer‑relations initiatives, supervise teams, and collaborate with senior leadership to embed risk‑aware behaviours throughout the business.

The Head of Residential Sales and Lettings Compliance and Customer Relations will safeguard the company’s reputation and financial stability by driving a proactive compliance and customer‑excellence agenda. The role leads the UK Residential Compliance and Customer Relations functions for sales, lettings and management, and requires deep knowledge of residential regulations and at least ten years of senior compliance, risk or regulatory experience in UK property.
