Description

Build and run the challenge concepts, storylines, and energy behind TWD’s new entertainment arm. Ensure every video has pace, tension, and personality.

• Work with the Head of Content to shape the edit
• Bring out personality from the players
• Identify viral moments in real-time
• Manage filming day flow (breaks, pacing, continuity)
• Direct contestants during filming
• Keep production running smoothly and safely
• Plan each shoot (timings, rules, flow, beats)
• Create challenge ideas (MrBeast/Sidemen type)
• Create hype, tension, reactions, surprises

Requirements

• Can manage chaos calmly
• Can storyboard simply
• Basic editing knowledge
• Understands YouTube pacing and retention
• Experience in casting people / finding personalities
• Confident talking to/leading groups
• Strong creative brain for challenge format ideas
• Experience directing people or running productions
• Script intros, outros, and narrative beats
• Knows how to tell a story
• Great communicator
