At least one active professional certification is highly desired.
Demonstrated achievements with safety programs and expertise in multiple high-risk operations (e.g. electrical safety/LOTO, crane safety, construction safety, work at height, confined space).
Confidently able to facilitate and deliver training and presentations to a diverse audience.
Minimum 8 years of significant EHS and operational experience leading regional, global, or large-scale EHS programs and overseeing the execution of EHS in projects or services environment for an industrial or software company in a complex regulatory environment.
Customer-focused with strong written, verbal, and technology-based communication skills.
Ability to coach, mentor, and drive accountability through team engagement and support key influencers to drive EHS compliance cross-functionally.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in relevant field of study.
Possess excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Previous GE experience and knowledge of GE requirements is appreciated.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English required; additional regional languages are a plus.
