Project Manager

Description

🔹 Oversee RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, change orders, and quality control

🔹 Drive OAC meetings and communicate project status to stakeholders

🔹 Travel 30%+ to project sites across Texas

🔹 Proactively identify and resolve project issues before they impact schedule or budget

🔹 Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement

🔹 Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

🔹 Build strong relationships that support repeat business and long-term partnerships

🔹 Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls

🔹 Coordinate closely with field teams, design partners, owners, and vendors

Requirements

✔️ Ability to collaborate effectively with superintendents and field teams

✔️ 7+ years of commercial construction project management experience

✔️ A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Oline Construction is expanding across Texas and the Midwest, and we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager based in Fort Worth to help lead commercial and industrial projects throughout the region.

✔️ Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and subcontractor management

✔️ Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently to project sites

✨ The ability to make an impact quickly without layers of bureaucracy
