Support the plumbing engineering team in the development and delivery of high-quality engineering design documents to clients.
Learn and apply the basic principles of plumbing engineering (gravity and pressurized fluid flow, pump sizing, pipe sizing, LEED criteria, etc.) to real world projects.
Participate in project meetings with engineers, clients and authorities having jurisdiction.
Learn and develop AutoCAD and Revit drafting skills.
Assist in the selection and specification of plumbing fixtures.
Learn and develop basic engineering contract documents including technical reports, drawings, specifications and calculations.
Uses design principles from technical manuals, plumbing code and LEED criteria.
Attend client meetings to develop presentation and communication skills.
Interfaces with other Arora disciplines, clients, business partners and vendors.
Assist in preparing spreadsheet calculations.
Exercise responsible and ethical judgment in the execution of daily tasks.
Assist in analyzing codes and client standards.
