The Co‑op/Intern, Investment Management, Residential will be based in Vancouver and report to the Director of Investment Management, supporting the Domestic West Residential Investment Management team. This team evaluates and executes asset and portfolio strategies, manages transactions, development files, and joint‑venture relationships, and produces performance reporting, underwriting, and various analytical materials.
Candidates should be currently enrolled in Real Estate, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, or Economics programs, with strong quantitative and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and preferably Argus Enterprise. Prior experience in real‑estate asset management, development, brokerage, appraisal, or lending is desirable, and pursuit of a CFA designation is considered an asset.
The firm offers a structured co‑op/internship program that provides a supportive learning environment, including speaker series, fireside chats, volunteer events, and networking opportunities. Eligibility requires enrollment at a post‑secondary institution and a return to school after the term, or participation in a mandatory co‑op program tied to graduation. Interns may be considered for full‑time roles after completion.
QuadReal provides a student mentorship program, weekly speaker series, case competitions, and community‑volunteering events, enabling interns to build industry knowledge, professional relationships, and real‑world problem‑solving experience. Interns also benefit from meaningful work, exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to present a capstone project.
The role offers an hourly rate of $28, with final compensation based on skill, experience, education, market factors, and internal equity. QuadReal values diverse experiences and perspectives and encourages applicants whose qualifications may not perfectly match the listed requirements.
