  • Develop and implement decarbonization strategies in line with KSIADC, PIF, and national climate commitments.
  • Track and monitor project-level greenhouse gas emissions and carbon reduction performance.
  • Ensure compliance with global standards such as the GHG Protocol and national sustainability mandates.
  • Integrate carbon reduction requirements into project planning, procurement, and execution.
  • Model and forecast carbon reduction pathways and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Conduct carbon accounting across Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sustainability, and procurement teams to embed decarbonization measures across all project phases.

  • Experience working with national or organizational climate targets.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Saudi Arabia.
