  • Communicate clearly and confidently with customers to ensure they fully understand the status and condition of their fire safety equipment.
  • Collaborate with Service Administrators to ensure customer requirements and service expectations are consistently met.
  • Take responsibility for the proper management, care, and security of vehicle stock, tools, and equipment.
  • The primary objective of this role is to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to become a fully qualified Fire Extinguisher Technician.
  • Develop and maintain professional, effective relationships with a diverse client base, representing the company to the highest standards.
  • Work alongside experienced Fire Extinguisher Technicians, gaining hands-on experience and practical knowledge in the field.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Well-organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel as required for work and training purposes.
  • Flexibility to travel and stay overnight may be required during peak periods and throughout the training programme.
  • Possession of a full UK driving licence.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and a positive attitude in all aspects of work.
  • Previous experience working with mechanical fire protection systems (e.g., sprinklers, suppression systems).
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical background within the mechanical fire safety industry.
