- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather schedule input and confirm progress.
- Ensure schedules comply with contractual requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop, update, and maintain Level 3 schedules in Primavera P6 for various projects.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support project execution.
- Produce progress reports, schedule variance analyses, and forecasts.
- Analyze and verify the critical path and key milestones.
- Prepare schedule scenarios and recovery plans when needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Planning Engineer in large-scale projects (preferably marine, civil, or oil & gas).
- Experience with EPC or marine infrastructure projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of planning standards and best practices.
- Proven capability in producing fully resource-loaded Level 3 schedules.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
