  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather schedule input and confirm progress.
  • Ensure schedules comply with contractual requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop, update, and maintain Level 3 schedules in Primavera P6 for various projects.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support project execution.
  • Produce progress reports, schedule variance analyses, and forecasts.
  • Analyze and verify the critical path and key milestones.
  • Prepare schedule scenarios and recovery plans when needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Planning Engineer in large-scale projects (preferably marine, civil, or oil & gas).
  • Experience with EPC or marine infrastructure projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of planning standards and best practices.
  • Proven capability in producing fully resource-loaded Level 3 schedules.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
