Collate our panel firm commercial information including rebates calculations, collation of data from the firms on other “value adds” given by the firms, ensuring continued accuracy of our spend dashboards and evolution or report production to support additional spend views requested
Support, manage and develop our bespoke legal systems – Legal Tracker (spend management), HighQ (document management and business facing portals), Harvey (AI) and Persuit (mini tender tool). Having the appropriate knowledge to assist the team with using the systems, the ability to troubleshoot issues and to develop the build (training can be provided for this).
Manage queries from both internal and external interfaces.
Lead quarterly relationship management calls with law firms and internal teams to promote effective collaboration, strengthen professional relationships, and proactively address operational challenges in particular any issues with the billing process.
Develop processes within the team to improve efficiencies; identify areas of inefficiencies and strategically analyse ways to improve, such as cost savings, trends, poor data etc.
Working with the Risk Management team to complete and submit our regulatory compliance reports.
Manage the invoicing process for our panel firm spend, including first line approval of invoices, approving rates in accordance with our agreed rates cards, ensuring process flow including that other approvers and payments team process on time

Ability or a keen interest and aptitude for learning how to develop our bespoke systems to stakeholder needs (eg creating simple business facing pages), trial and support the launch of new features and troubleshoot problems.
