Utility Coordinator

Nationwide planning, design and construction firm creating innovative solutions for natural and built environments.
Coordinate utility power for EV projects, handling outreach, design integration, and client updates.
QA/QC review of construction documents for conformance to utility requirements.
Initiating outreach with the power utility to determine project feasibility.
Developing standard operating procedures (SOP) for consistent project delivery.
Developing a national database for all utilities requirements and contacts.
Training and managing staff supporting utility coordination efforts.
Reviewing all utility design requirements and providing that to our design teams for integration into the construction documents.
Actively tracking work order and utility design status with weekly updates to the client.
Opening a work order and providing load letters based on parameters.
Manage a program tracking system (excel, Smartsheets, etc) with real time updates for client managers and clients.

Previous electrical and EV experience is a plus.
Previous utility coordination experience with expanded levels of responsibility required (3+ years preferred)
