Candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in rail and transit market dynamics, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of achieving growth targets and leading high‑performing teams.
The position demands frequent travel (50% or more) and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, operating primarily in a standard office environment.
