Assist accounting team with day-to-day accounting duties
Support, promote, and practice the Company core values, vision, and mission; follow code of ethics, workplace conduct, safety, and other established policies
Perform general office and administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering phones, filing, printing, reporting, and emailing

Track vendor payments and ensure accuracy of vendor statements
Assist with general accounts payable and accounts receivable duties

Associates degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree preferred a plus
Occasionally required to lift and /or move up to 35 pounds
Ability to work under pressure and changing deadlines in an environment of ambiguity
1-3 years of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, or finance function preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain clean driving history
Occasionally required to stand and walk, reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; visiting work sites may require walking over uneven terrain and some exposure to dust, chemicals, and loud noise
Most work performed in an office environment, quiet to moderate noise level
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Sitting for long periods (up to 8 hours or more) at a desk using a computer with intermittent breaks
Proficiency using computer programs, including MS Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), accounting, payroll, and database software
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work independently with general direction, and organize work while managing time effectively
Regularly required to communicate (talk and hear), and perform tasks requiring visual acuity
