Marketing all services provided by GBI to customers including consulting services, contract work, maintenance and parts supply. Providing customer support is a significant focus.
Complete safety and engineering audits of refrigeration systems on site to various requirements.
Managing project costs and ensuring successful completion of all projects.
Taking reasonable care for the health and safety of self and persons at the workplace and those who may be affected by the employee's acts or omissions at work.
To maintain a proactive nature in rectifying incidents before they arise, both technical and non-technical.
Engineering calculations and designs for the development of refrigeration solutions
Completing various administrative duties associated with engineering and project management operations.
Supervise and assist with commissioning as appropriate.
Preparing risk assessments for all aspects of our equipment and project work. GBI has a health and safety system for safe work. Ensuring company and subcontractor compliance with these systems is considered essential and must be completed in a timely manner.
Responsible for supporting front-line delivery of GBI's services to customers in line with the requirements of the contractual obligations or as directed by the Projects Leader, Engineering Lead or Branch Manager
This will include compiling client reports.
Drafting as required for small projects and manufacturing using AutoCAD, Solidworks, hand sketches etc.
To provide outstanding levels of customer satisfaction
Develop a level of expertise and become fully conversant in all systems under GBI's control.
