- A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience
- Preform QA/QC tasks
- Knowledge of AASHTO, MUTCD and IDOT or ISTHA and local design guidelines and manuals
- Experience in coordination with agencies and project stakeholders
- PE license in Illinois
- Experience in preparing scope of work and fee proposals
- IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities Certification
- Experience preparing cost estimates and construction specifications or special provisions
- Experience developing and leading marketing initiatives
- Experience preparing design and construction plans
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering or similar discipline from an accredited college or university
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
