Training Administrator

Aureos is seeking a Training Administrator to join our Bathgate office. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all employees, from site staff to directors, receive the necessary training to excel in their positions.

You will have the valuable support of our Administrative/QHSE Team, and we welcome your fresh perspective and enthusiasm to help shape this role. Your initiative will be key in creating an effective point of contact for all training inquiries and requirements.

• You’ll also liaise with Project management teams to ensure training courses are arranged for employees and to maintain relevant competencies.
• Essentially, you’ll maintain and manage a training system for every employee within the energy sector which lists every employee, their current training certs/qualifications and when they come up for renewal.

• The role is admin heavy therefore you’ll need to be strong at time management and organisation.
• Proven experience in an administrative role is essential.
• Excellent data entry skills.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in using Office software.
• Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• We are looking for someone who can adapt to using our in-house training systems.
