Gray Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Executive to join its Data Center Market team in Dallas, Texas. The role involves overseeing either a single large project valued at over $200 million or multiple complex construction projects.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with at least ten years in the industry and seven years of profit‑and‑loss accountability on multiple projects. They should have five years managing design/build or hard‑bid projects, expertise in various contracting methods, and a proven record of improving project profitability.
Strong language, mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills are required, including proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and possibly scheduling or estimating software. The role also calls for mentoring staff, fostering a collaborative environment, and upholding Gray’s core values.
