Oversee and manage onsite maintenance team for a Class A multifamily property.
Providing effective maintenance management throughout all areas of the property
Overseeing onsite maintenance team
Adhering to all applicable codes and standards and ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Delivering professional, quality services to residents and responding to service requests in a timely manner

Experience with working in various digital platforms including Microsoft Office Suite and various industry-related software platforms.
Knowledge of relevant local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
Willingness to work weekends/holidays in an emergency situation
A strong working knowledge of all aspects of multi-family property maintenance
Thoughtful leadership skills to foster a supportive and productive onsite team environment
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of leadership experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
