Applicants must have at least three months of grader or loader experience and six months of heavy‑equipment maintenance or automotive repair experience. Forklift or skid‑steer certifications, a Class 3 license with trailer‑hauling experience, and proficiency in all intermediate yardperson duties are considered assets.
