Description

• Conduct high-level safety audits and inspections, providing strategic recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure full compliance with Indian statutory health and safety regulations and guide teams on regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to design and implement robust safety training programs.
• Oversee and manage contractor safety teams to ensure adequate safety coverage for all construction activities.
• Drive safety training initiatives, including onboarding, refresher programs, and competency development sessions.
• Lead pre-event/pre-construction safety meetings to define safety requirements and communication protocols.
• Lead and enforce company-wide safety guidelines while representing the organization in all safety matters.
