Description

• Coordinate with UK Service Director and international teams to promote and sell spare parts, mechanical and process retrofits, and plan customer visits to identify new opportunities.
• Lead the Service team, collaborating with Project Managers and Site Supervisors to deliver projects on time, within budget, and compliant with HSE and quality standards.
• Support product management by identifying market needs and presenting KVI products to clients.
• Leverage the KVI CRM to track opportunities, follow the sales process, and provide forecasting and reporting.
• Supervise assigned service projects and outages, planning bids, resources, and project work independently.

Requirements

• Hold a Process or Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience in mechanical and plant engineering.
• Experience in service sales, including agreements, overhauls, pressure parts, upgrades, spare parts, and training.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
• Technical competence to conduct audits and produce technical reports.
• Safety‑first mindset and strong risk, schedule, scope, and cost management abilities.
