Partner with the business to support cyclical activities including goal setting, ongoing performance conversations and reviews, professional development plans, talent and succession planning, employee engagement and remuneration review
Proactively manage and communicate both Group and BU diversity initiatives
Provide recommendations on salary benchmarking and remunerations packages
Managing the performance of a business unit, including people, safety, quality, time and budget requirements
Provide guidance and support to management and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, redundancies and grievance procedures\Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives, identifying and addressing HR risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Manage the Workforce Planning SharePoint system and educate managers on how to use the system to support mobilisation and demobilisation of projects and utilisation of resources

Promote the awareness of the EAP and assist employees in need of support
