The Global Services Division of STO Building Group is seeking an Enterprise Accounts Enablement & Experience Lead who will design, operationalize, and continuously improve the tools, processes, and experiences that power the Enterprise Accounts platform. This role enables Enterprise Account Directors, Account Executives, and cross‑functional teams to deliver a consistent, high‑touch, differentiated client experience across the entire account lifecycle. It sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and client experience, translating enterprise account strategy into scalable enablement and best‑practice sharing.
Compensation includes a base salary of $150,000‑$200,000 plus discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
