Carry out general maintenance and inspection schedules. Equipment required to be serviced but not limited to; hot water boilers, chemical treatment systems and overall operation of HVAC. Other equipment checks include items such as supply exhaust fans, air handling units, coil banks, air filters, registers, grills, diffusers, mixing boxes, air valves, convectors, unit heaters, chillers, pumps, heat exchanger(s), gas to water humidifiers, chemical treatment systems, plumbing fixtures, plumbing systems, water distribution systems, domestic water heaters, air compressors, vacuum pumps, thermometers, pressure gauges, water softeners, air dryers, BMS computer and regular computers, coolers, cooling towers, fluid coolers, controls, fire protection system, R O water systems floor drains, roof drains, glass piping, and/or other plumbing systems and other related duties required.

Requires the ability to work from drawings, diagrams, digital and verbal instructions including experience with internal work order programs for specific preventative maintenance and repair tasks.
Must be physically able to perform basic maintenance tasks to the highest caliber, which includes the ability to: climb ladders, work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs., etc.
5th Class Power Engineer Certificate required, 4th Class completion or intent to complete preferred
