  • Automate routine MDM tasks using scripting and API integrations to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and troubleshoot complex issues related to device management and security
  • Manage the physical deployment of warehouse scanner hardware, the RMA process, and associated contracts
  • Evaluate new MDM technologies and features to recommend enhancements or migrations
  • Integrate MDM platforms with other enterprise systems such as Active Directory, identity providers and security tools
  • Engineer scalable mobile device enrollment, provisioning, configuration, and compliance workflows for corporate, operations, and BYOD environments
  • Collaborate and provide technical guidance to engineers and administrators across OT, Cybersecurity, Systems, and Network teams to support MDM-related tasks
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and systems teams to enforce mobile security policies and remediate vulnerabilities
  • Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions leveraging Ivanti, SOTI, and Intune platforms to support organizational mobile device management needs
  • Logs and works Incidents, Requests and Changes within the ServiceNow platform
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and runbooks

  • Proven engineering experience with enterprise MDM/UEM platforms such as Ivanti, SOTI, and Microsoft Intune
  • Sound documentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a highly functional team environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience integrating MDM solutions with identity management, security information and event management (SIEM), and network infrastructure
  • Working knowledge of industry technological developments and best practices
  • Ability to execute assigned project tasks within established schedule
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills
  • Ability to prioritize conflicting demands
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems and 5+ years related experience or equivalent experience and certifications
  • ITIL certification or/and experience
  • Experience managing Android Enterprise, Apple DEP, and Samsung Knox
  • Occasional travel to other remote locations is required, less than 5%
  • Warehouse scanner hardware management experience
  • Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of mobile OS architectures (iOS, Android, Windows) and device management protocols (MDM, MAM)
