The Assistant Manager – Global Standardization & Digitization, OTC supports the Client Finance Transformation Leadership by driving standardization, optimization, and governance of Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) finance transformation projects. The role coordinates key initiatives, contributes to the design and deployment of global finance process enhancements, and assists with documentation, stakeholder engagement, performance management, and best‑practice institutionalization.
Successful candidates engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, work collaboratively, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills. They are resilient in fast‑paced environments, comfortable with data, reporting, and process documentation, and show a growth mindset by learning from senior leaders and mentoring peers.
The position requires 10–12 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably with a CA or MBA, and a proven record in transformation or process‑improvement roles within the OTC domain. Candidates should be proficient in process documentation, KPI management, internal controls, risk mitigation, and familiar with finance systems such as JDE or PeopleSoft.
