Manage a project team of Arup consultants
Plan and scope projects to ensure timely delivery of outputs, considering the work of other colleagues and stakeholders and execute all phases of ORAT for projects.
Contribute to ORAT specific and wider business development, including identifying opportunities within existing client relationships, and developing compelling & winning proposals and pitch documents
Lead and deliver large, high profile operational readiness projects in Austin and across the region.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
The aptitude to work on your own initiative and be proactive
A PMP certification or similar is preferred
English proficient (oral and written); other languages are advantageous.
