Tasks
-Ensure timely and safe completion of project, while adhering to contract documents and project budgets -Establish and maintain customer relationships. -Accurate forecasting of costs for job completion -Plan and organize project work to assure all work is in place in accordance with contract documents. -Schedule and monitor field productivity. -Plan, coordinate, direct and supervise all aspects of the day-to-day field operations. -Effectively communicate and coordinate with all project team members to maintain project schedule, safety, budget and quality control efforts -Provide mentorship and training to project team. -Manage and oversee all contractual issues. -Coordinate with Safety Manager to ensure projects are completed in accordance with safety goals. -Supervise project start up, project completion, and entire close-out process. -Purpose-Driven Projects: Build structures that truly matter, from critical healthcare facilities to cutting-edge data centers -Conduct on-site meetings with subcontractors, owners and tradesmen. -Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal logs.

What You Bring
-Ability to clearly communicate to home office, Owner, Subcontractors and experience running owner meetings. -Experience in healthcare projects -Experience in Davis Bacon-Prevailing wage or Union required projects. -OSHA 30 Certified -A thorough understanding of construction materials, means, methods and building systems -Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, Adobe and Bluebeam -10-20 years’ experience with a general contracting company -Ability to pass a background investigation and a drug test. -Knowledge or familiarity with EM 385 and CQMC -Ability to develop, implement, and comprehend RFIs, potential change orders, total project schedules, 3-week look-aheads, and other project documents. -Ability to manage subs in a hard-bid capacity understanding subcontractor contract scope and holding subcontractors to their contracts. -Availability to potentially work on any shift, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, as hospital construction occurs at all hours. -Experience in managing change orders, writing contracts, and building schedules. -Open to traveling throughout the U.S. -Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs -Have working knowledge of owner contract, subcontracts and purchase orders. -Bachelor’s degree in construction management or an Engineering discipline -Experience managing projects $20MM+ -Experience in federal sector projects
