Colliers’ Office Leasing experts deliver strategic insights and market‑leading solutions for clients across Australia, and you’ll play a key part in helping us accelerate that success.
- Coordinate and compile reports, submissions, and documentation with agents
- Assist in creating and producing engaging marketing materials
- Update company databases and upload listing information as required
- Manage online listings across the Colliers website and third‑party platforms
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings
- Process, reconcile, and action invoices and expenses

- Possess recent and relevant experience in a similar role
