What you would be doing
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and applicants in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, voicemail, mail, and front desk communications.
- Maintain organized records, files, and shared resources.
- Support HR with new hire paperwork, onboarding tasks, and uniform distribution.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining calendars.
