Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide new solutions.
Identify faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures.
Formulate and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.
Ensure all established policies and procedures are maintained. Maintain documentation of routine maintenance schedules, system configurations, applications, and technical reference materials.
Work with engineering and operations teams to perform the evaluation of assets.
Develop risk management plans that will anticipate reliability-related and non-reliability-related risks that could adversely impact plant operations.
Provide technical support to the site for mechanical equipment and fixed assets.

Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Engineering or related technical degree with 8-10 years of job-related experience. Preference will be given to candidates with Facilities Maintenance career experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Willingness to take a new point of view on existing solutions.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders.
The ability to review large sets of data from analytical tools to identify patterns and outliers.
Past CMMS experience of 2-3 years will be advantageous. The client applies Maximo MAS 9.
Certified Reliability Leader or SMRP certification preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
