Description

• Inspect and treat for pests, harborage, and entry points.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Uphold high service standards across all accounts.
• Take initiative to resolve pest problems independently.
• Recommend and sell additional services to meet customer needs.
• Participate in group meetings, account reviews, and ongoing training.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of pest‑control experience.
• Proficient with computers and smartphones.
• Able to set up and use 12‑foot+ extension ladders.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lb.
• Read and understand English product labels.
• Valid driving record with at least 5 years of experience.
• Demonstrated stable work history.
• Comfortable working with insects and animals in confined or diverse conditions.
• Pass a respirator fit test and, if required, DOT physical.
• Pass pre‑employment drug, motor‑vehicle, and criminal background checks.
• Able to wear a respirator.
• Willing to be on‑call less than five times per year.
