- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and review drawings, specifications, and geotechnical reports.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotes; prepare take‑offs, cost estimates, bid proposals, and budgets.
- Negotiate contracts (with legal support) and prepare project submittals, including methods, calculations, equipment, and materials.
- Oversee field quality, control costs, and enforce safety measures.
- Manage project billing, close‑out paperwork, and attend company‑wide training.
