Wiring Supervisor

The Wiring Supervisor will oversee a team responsible for the wiring, assembly, and testing of electrical control and switchgear panels. This position ensures that all production activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with engineering drawings, timelines, and quality standards.

You will play a key leadership role in coordinating daily production operations, solving technical issues, and mentoring technicians to achieve consistent output and continuous improvement.

• Ensure modification and red-line drawings are properly updated for as-built documentation.
• Maintain complete project documentation for quality and regulatory purposes.
• Diagnose and resolve wiring and electrical issues in coordination with engineering.
• Lead and supervise wiring technicians in the assembly, installation, and testing of switchgear panels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality and reduce production costs.
• Promote and enforce safety standards and a clean working environment.
• Plan and schedule production tasks and allocate manpower efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in switchgear wiring supervision.
• In-depth understanding of control panel design, switchgear assembly, and testing procedures.
• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office applications and able to interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics.
• Diploma in Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing production teams.
