The role requires a recognised qualification such as MSP®, PgMP®, PMP® or equivalent experience, alongside proven programme‑management expertise in fast‑paced, complex environments. Candidates must demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement, especially in customer‑facing transformation and operational contexts like cybersecurity, as well as robust financial governance, risk management and the ability to integrate technical and business solutions.
Applicants will undergo additional nuclear‑industry screening, including Baseline Personnel Security Standard clearance, a DBS check and a basic financial probity check.
The Programme Manager – GBE‑N Customer Programme role is based in Derby with a hybrid arrangement of two office days a week and offers a salary between £73,100 and £95,944. It reports to senior IT leadership within Rolls‑Royce SMR.
