Requirements

Candidates must have at least two years of locator experience. The position is classified as full‑time employee status and includes on‑call rotation and a willingness to travel over 75 % of the time.

The role demands strict adherence to 811 laws, best locating practices, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Maintaining clean, well‑conditioned equipment and a tobacco‑free vehicle, completing paperwork accurately, and communicating clearly with coworkers, supervisors, and the public are essential. Candidates must be detail‑oriented, able to work in all weather conditions, pass a drug screen, hold a valid driver’s license with DOT physical certification, and be available for varied schedules and overtime.
