• Coordinate job files, customer calls, project schedules, and audits
• Keep project data organized and up‑to‑date
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams
• Support the Office Manager with administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth workflow from start to finish

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• 2+ years of administrative or office experience
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Adobe, Dropbox; familiarity with Dash, Workcenter 2.0, QBO, ARWorkflow, Xactimate a plus
• Team player comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Resident of Miami Beach, Pinecrest, Kendall, Homestead, Naranja, or the Florida Keys
