Coordinate daily activities with supervisor or assistant supervisor.
Ensure deliverables are completed per project schedules.
Act as backup to Assembly Supervisor when needed.
Install tubing to gas compressors, engines, pneumatic valves, hydraulic equipment, pressure instruments.
Coach and mentor lower-level instrument fitters.

Proficient in the use of tools of the trade.
Knowledge of Gas Compressors and Engines.
Ability to read and interpret lay specifications and technical drawings.
0 – 6 years of previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to measure, cut and install tubing tray layout.
Extensive experience in instrumentation fitting and assembly.
Ability to fabricate instruments and tubing supports per specifications.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to measure and bend 1/4”,3/8”, 1/2", 3/4"and 1” tubing based on the specifications of the drawings to fit the design.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to read P&ID, General Arrangement or any other technical drawings to perform installation.
