Performing administrative functions in support of the Office Services team, such as processing invoices and special projects
Work with the entire Office Services team to provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the office
Ensuring meeting rooms are clean, tidy and ready in advance of meetings, and assisting with catering set up and take down
Managing different requirements such as parking, access cards, catering, etc.
Ensure that all reception resource materials are kept up-to-date
Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of internal events (town halls, wellness initiatives, seasonal celebrations)
Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns with a solution-oriented mindset
You’ll play a central role in elevating our workplace culture by delivering exceptional front-line service, supporting internal events, and championing employee engagement initiatives
Organize and send same day and overnight couriers
Answering, screening and transferring all incoming calls
Provide a professional and polished first impression and ongoing experience to our employees, customers, partners, vendors, etc.

Experience with a telephone, switchboard and voicemail systems would also be a great skillset to have
Understanding or previous experience with reception and records management would help immensely in this role
You have a way with technology and are proficient with Microsoft Office. Previous experience in JDE would definitely be considered an asset.
You have had experience in a receptionist, assistant, or administrative position
You have proven experience in providing amazing customer service. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written are essential
