Remove batteries requiring recharging, replace them with charged batteries, or attach re-charger and complete vehicle inspection checklist. At the end of the shift secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork.
Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area
Review work schedule, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations.
Manually place the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required. Use single and/or double pallets as directed.
Release the order waves and print the labels by route.
Releases of picking orders of the daily planned routes in a timely manner.
Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks and locate products according to order sheets.
Loading and unloading trucks.
Cross-departmental collaboration to improve communication and business performance.
Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area. May be required to shrink-wrap pallet for staging.
Performs general housekeeping duties in work area as needed.
Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
Ensure work area is safe and report any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
Guarantee collection of all customer orders scheduled for delivery.
Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
Perform a safety check on pallet jack/forklift to be used and ensure that all other safety devices are functioning properly.

Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights.
Warehouse and/or distribution work related experience a plus.
Highschool Diploma or GED.
Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with Ethnix Group’s policies and performance expectations.
Motorized pallet jack certified preferred.
Steel toe or composite closed-toe shoes (protective safety footwear) are required in select business units.
Experience using a motorized pallet jack preferred.
Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations.
Able to work in multi-temperature environments, i.e. cooler, freezer and dry.
Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
